The individual approaches available incorporate physical health needs, alternative communication, sensory needs, dietetic advice, environment, incentives, and motivators, enabling more than one need to be explored, to truly understand what the underlying need is, what the child or young person is experiencing, the reason for the difficulties and how to help them as an individual, their family and the team of support around them in moving forward and progressing.
Our support approaches include courses, webinars, groups, published books, Starter Packages of Care and Solution Consultancy Direct Assessment Packages of care.

“We wanted to start toilet training our son, who was due to start school. Our son has a diagnosis of Autism, no speech and was weeing and pooing behind the curtain in the lounge. We didn’t know where to start!
Charmaine was able to help us with a step by step plan of where to start and how to help our son progress. It worked! Our son now uses the toilet to wee and poo! We are so pleased, words can not describe how much this has changed our lives as a family!”
